At Sculpt, we value everyone's time and the flow of our classes, so we start promptly. Unfortunately, we do not allow late entry to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Please arrive 5 -10 minutes early to get settled in and prepare for your session.
Every spot in class matters. Because our class sizes are small, late cancellations and no-shows prevent others from training and impact our instructors. Please cancel up to 12 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit.

We are so happy to have you! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting to allow ample time for you to get comfortably settled and become acquainted with the studio, Mini Pro, and class flow.
Every class requires the use of grip socks. It is mandatory to wear them for safety and hygiene purposes. We do sell them in the studio if you forget a pair. Additionally, we highly encourage bringing water to stay hydrated during the class. We do sell bottled water at the studio.
If you are new to Lagree, please note it’s always advised to consult with your physician prior to beginning a new workout. If you are cleared, make sure to let your instructor know prior to class start so they can offer modifications.
Always consult with your physician if you are injured. However, due to its low impact nature, Lagree can be a fantastic tool in assisting injury rehabilitation. There are always modifications for movements! Just mention your injury to the instructor before class starts.
You bet! Lagree is a full body muscular strength and endurance workout. The combined spring tension on the mini pro totals over 150 pounds.
It’s recommended to program Lagree into your fitness and wellness regimen 3-5 times a week. It’s a helluva workout and your body needs rest and recovery to prevent overtraining, as with any workout.
